The president needs to keep us safe. We all agree. And Attorney General Gonzales has given him the power to do so.

How? By monitoring gun safety as it relates to terrorist activity. It’s pretty simple. If your gun can shoot across an international border, the president does not need any oversight to make sure terrorists don’t use it for terror-related purposes.

How can a gun terrorize? Imagine if bin Laden had a gun instead of four airplanes, and Condoleezza Rice had gotten a warning that he planned to throw his gun through the window of your house. Now you get the picture.

So protect your freedom by not using it. The President, Vice President, and the rest of the guys and gals in the front office know about gun safety, and are working hard to keep us free. And safe.
